Sound waves directed at the penis and surrounding tissues stimulate blood flow, cellular growth and generation of new, healthy blood vessels (neovascularization). Studies show that acoustic (sound) wave therapy such as pulse therapy also provides long-term improvement of physiological mechanisms involved in erections. Currently, there are no therapies that cure erectile dysfunction. However, a number of effective therapies are available that allow an individual to have an erection when desired. Depending on the cause of the erectile dysfunction, certain therapies may be more effective than others.
You have a pelvic floor too! Exercising the muscles you use to hold in urine or gas can sometimes help you control erections and ejaculations. Squeeze them a few times a day, in quick bursts and long ones, for 10 seconds or so. Don’t hold your breath while you’re doing it. Those are different muscles.

7. Horny Goat Weed – Horny goat weed is a natural herb that has been used to treat various sexual problems in men, including erectile dysfunction, pain, fatigue, and low libido. This herb contains inhibitors that are similarly used to treat men for erectile dysfunctions.
A separate study of men ages 25-45 examined the effect of taking both L-arginine and pycnogenol together for ED treatment. Pycnogenol is the name for certain chemicals taken from a French pine tree. Men were given L-arginine for one month; nothing happened in the study.
